A small restaurant run by a husband and wife, specializing in regional Spanish cuisine and Spanish wines.

In July 2024, it was certified by the Spanish government as an "ICEX (Restaurants From Spain)" restaurant.

■ Commitment to Ingredients: We pursue "sincere dishes" where traditional Spanish techniques resonate with carefully selected ingredients from Spain and Shinshu, as well as vegetables from our own garden. While there are no flashy decorations, we deliver warm flavors that cherish the natural deliciousness of the ingredients.

■ Wine and Courses: To allow you to leisurely enjoy high-quality wines from various regions of Spain, we offer only a "Chef's Choice Course (3 types)." Each dish is prepared with heartfelt care, so we would appreciate it if you could make a reservation at least one day in advance.

■ Relaxing Time: Enjoy a leisurely time with your loved ones, wine in hand. We sincerely look forward to your reservations.

■Reservations: We accept reservations only, provided they are made at least one day in advance.
